She places special emphasis on pre-trial or amicable conflict resolution, where she has successfully resolved numerous disputes in record time.
Passionate about teamwork, she adds value to various Industrial Property organizations, both within the firm and academically.
Internationally recognized, she has recently been included in THE TOP 250 WOMEN IN IP 2020 list, prepared by the important publication Managing Intellectual Property.
She has developed and continues to develop extensive dissemination activities on industrial property from a Latin American perspective in various intermediary organizations in Asia, having participated in numerous seminars on the subject.

Work Experience
She began working in industrial property law in 1997, working in the trademark team at Clarke Modet & Cía (Argentina). In 2006, she joined the Intellectual Property Department at Bruchou Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani as a senior attorney.
Years later, she became a partner at Mitrani, Caballero & Ojam and then a founding partner at Berton Moreno + Ojam, since its creation in November 2017. Since 2020, she has been one of the founding partners of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.
