Work Experience

He began his career as an examiner for the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in 1992. Since 1998, he has been part of the Intellectual Property Department of the O'Farrell & Schmukler law firm.

In 2001, he joined the trademark team at Clarke Modet & Cía (Argentina). In 2012, he became a senior associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ojam, a role he continued to hold at Berton Moreno + Ojam since its creation in November 2017. Since 2020, he has been a partner at Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.

“Seminar on International Classification of Goods and Services for the Registration of Trademarks (Nice Agreement) and International Classification of Figurative Elements (Vienna Agreement)” , given by Dr. Jean Paul Hoebreck, Head of the International Classification of Trademarks and Industrial Designs Section of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

“Interactive Seminar on Trademark Administration and Study” , organized by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), Buenos Aires (December 1997), led by a working group on Trademark Law, composed of specialists from the Office for Development Cooperation of the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Spanish Trademark Office, the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) (Brazil) and the National Directorate of Industrial Property (DNPI) (Uruguay).
